Our tiered care support system is designed to give caregivers flexible, personalized options for the level of help they need—ranging from essential daily support to comprehensive care management. Each tier builds on the one before it, ensuring that as care needs evolve, families can easily scale up or down. Caregivers may choose a structured package or opt to pay by the hour for maximum flexibility.
Tier 1: Essential Support
Purpose: Relieve caregivers of daily tasks and small burdens.
Focus: Errands, home support, and basic check-ins.
Includes:
- Errands (grocery, pharmacy, etc.)
- Meal prep or delivery coordination
- Light housekeeping / laundry assistance
- Companionship for loved one (non-medical)
- 1–2 wellness check-ins per week
- Monthly progress summary to caregiver
Time: ~5–8 hours/week
Ideal for: Caregivers balancing full-time jobs or living nearby.
Tier 2: Enhanced Coordination
Purpose: Reduce caregiver overwhelm through planning and communication.
Focus: Managing schedules, coordinating services, and providing more direct relief.
Includes all Tier 1 services, plus:
- Appointment scheduling (medical, personal)
- Transportation coordination or accompaniment
- Home safety and supplies management
- Weekly family updates or reports
- Dedicated “Care Coordinator” contact
Time: ~10–15 hours/week
Ideal for: Long-distance caregivers or families managing complex routines.
Tier 3: Premium Concierge Care
Purpose: Provide complete peace of mind through personalized, proactive care.
Focus: Custom plans, advocacy, and respite coverage.
Includes all Tier 2 services, plus:
- Respite care (temporary in-home coverage)
- Coordination with healthcare providers
- Care plan management and monthly review
- Advocacy support (appointment attendance)
- Priority scheduling and same-day response
- Comprehensive monthly care report
Time: ~15–25 hours/week
Ideal for: Families managing high-intensity care needs or chronic illness.
Optional Tier 4: Executive Care Management
Purpose: Fully managed, hands-off solution for complex or multi-caregiver households.
Focus: Professional oversight, medical coordination, and financial navigation.
Includes all Tier 3 services, plus:
- Registered Nurse or Care Manager oversight
- Benefit and insurance coordination
- 24/7 on-call support line
- Quarterly in-home assessments
- Family and provider care team meetings
Time: ~25–40 hours/week
Ideal for: High-complexity or out-of-state families needing total oversight.
